Refund and Return

Deposit Return

Your deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to buy, even after your offer is accepted by a seller, as long as your request for refund is made within 24 hours after your groupbuy is closed and the item has not been shipped out. Please note, your cancellation request will be made public and it may impact your eligibility in joining future groupbuys.

Before Final Price and Seller are Revealed

You can quit a groupbuy at any time and you will not be charged a penny. The pre-authorization placed on your credit card will be automatically canceled.

After Final Price and Seller are Revealed

If you decide not to purchase the item after the final price and winning seller are revealed, you can get a full refund of your deposit. Your request of refund must be made within 24 hours after the groupbuy is closed and before the goods is shipped out to you. All refund request will be made public on your buckete profile. Groupbuy organizer may refuse you to join future groupbuys of the same item.

To request for a refund of your deposit. Please go to buckete forum/customer service and create a new post. Buckete customer support representative will reply your post once your refund is issued.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase but is dependent on a case-by-case vendor basis. Please refer to vendor refund policies for details.

Below are a few general requirements for returns:

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Televisions and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
